Refund and Returns Policy

At Golden Leaf Publishers, all books are published and printed on demand (POD). Each copy is printed specifically after an order is placed. Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand publishing, returns and refunds are limited to the situations described below.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
All printed books are produced specifically for each customer after an order is confirmed. Therefore, books cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, ordering mistakes, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with the content.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement may be provided only if:
- The book is received in a damaged condition.
- An incorrect title, edition, or quantity is delivered.
- The book contains a manufacturing or printing defect.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
3. Refund Policy
As books are printed on demand, refunds are generally not available once printing has commenced.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- The order cannot be fulfilled by Golden Leaf Publishers.
- A verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item cannot be replaced.
- A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
- Print-on-demand books delivered correctly and without defects.
- Customized or personalized publications.
- Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided that the order has not entered the printing or processing stage.
Once printing, processing, or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be applicable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to printing schedules, courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery delays alone shall not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
7. Replacement Procedure
After verification of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Golden Leaf Publishers may:
- Provide a replacement copy at no additional cost; or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not reasonably possible.
The final decision regarding replacement or refund shall be at the sole discretion of Golden Leaf Publishers.
